The Yale-New Haven Hospital Dietetic Internship's Mission is to train compentent, well rounded enrty-level dietitians to ensure the viability of the dietetics profession as the recognized experts and leaders in food and nutrition. This is accomplished by: 1. Providing future professionals with the practice-based learning experiences in a progressive teaching, research and service-oriented environment to: a.
