Eamcet Results 2009 on June 1

The EAMCET 2009 results are likely to be released on May 31 or June 1 while the final ranks would be declared in the fourth week of June. EAMCET-2009 Convenor LVSR Sarma said that they were confident of getting the Intermediate results before June fourth week. The software designed for the final rank calculation will not take much time in clubbing Intermediate marks and the EAMCET score to give the final rank.

Prof. Sarma said candidates studying in CBSE, ICSE and other national syllabus will have to submit attested Class XII mark-sheets before May 31. Otherwise, their names would not be included for final ranking.

There are nearly 5,000 such candidates apart from diploma holders. Names of top scorers in the EAMCET would not be revealed officially during the release of EAMCET results. There will be a gap of at least 20 days between the release of EAMCET results and the announcement of final rank.

From this year, weightage of 25 per cent is being given to Intermediate marks for deciding the final rank in the EAMCET, based on which admissions into engineering and medical courses would be made.
